Dave's 1st visit to Logan was in 1978 when he came from RICKS College to see England Dan and John Ford Colley at the Spectrum telling his friend that he wouldn’t mind living in Logan!! It took over 20 years but he made it in 1995.

Dave was born in the music hotbed of Memphis Tennessee and grew up listening to Elvis- and lots of classic Rhythm and Blues from Sam Cook – Otis Redding – Al Green and others who called Memphis home. His musical taste range from R&B and Motown to the British invasion and yes even country and Rock and roll One of his favorite rock groups is a little know band named CROW who had a couple of minor hits in the late 60’s, he owns everything they have recorded and even has a framed autographed copy of one of their LP’s hanging in his home!

Favorite TV shows include re-runs of Lavern and Shirley - Yes he has a copy of the hard to find LP of Lenny and the SQUIGTONES!!

Favorite place to vacation:
Laughlin Nevada: I love watching the Colorado River run past the Hotel we stay and beside if you combine all you can eat Bacon on the breakfast Buffet and Penny slots I’m a happy man!!!

Dave’s wife Teresa grew up in Logan and they enjoy watching all sports and follow The Utah Jazz and the St Louis Cardinals!
